Q. What is the PatientLoans.com Affiliate Program?

A. It's a relationship between PatientLoans.com and approved web sites; you place links or banners to PatientLoans.com your site, and for each person who submits an application, you earn a commission or earn a flat monthly fee from SurgeryFinancing.com.

Q. How does it work?

A. PatientLoans.com does not use a third party to manage the Affiliates Program, we custom design and implement unique affiliate agreements with all websites. This enables us to work with almost any website and traffic source. PatientLoans.com is able to track all applications and immediately forward lead confirmations and generate detailed affiliate reporting on a monthly basis.

Q. How do I get started?

A. Fill in the "become an affiliate" form or call us at 818-974-8102, we will contact you and discuss all available affiliate options. Once an agreement has been finalized, we will provide all text links and or banners of your choice to place on your website.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. Zero cost.

Q. How much will I get paid?

A. Commission rates and or monthly flat rate agreements are not set evenly for all affiliates. Earnings depend on application volume, quality and ultimately your choice of a fixed flat rate advertising fee per month or a commission percentage based pay schedule. All details and examples of custom affiliate options will be discussed upon your contacting us.

Q. When do I get paid?

A. PatientLoans.com handles all payments to you; you are automatically paid by check or paypal every month on the 20th. Checks are written for accounts with balances of $25 (U.S. dollars) or more. Smaller amounts will accrue until they reach $25.

Q. What sort of web sites qualify?

A. Your site will be reviewed as part of the application process. PatientLoans.com reserves the right to refuse and or cancel membership with any affiliate or potential affiliate, at any time, if PatientLoans.com deems it to contain any illegal material or questionable content.

Q. Are internationally based web sites eligible?

A. Yes, however, financing is only available for US citizens.

Q. Can I put the links on other pages in my site, or on a completely different site?

A. You may put the PatientLoans.com links on any page that you own, provided the page or web site is in accordance with the PatientLoans.com User Agreement you agree upon sign up.

Q. How do I change or cancel my account info?

A. If you wish to cancel your PatientLoans.com account, please send an email to affiliate@patientloans.com with your account ID and/or email address. Refunds (if appropriate) are processed once a month, on or around the 15th.

Q. How do I change my mailing address?

A. To change your mailing address, just email us at affiliate@patientloans.com.

PatientLoans.com will verify information submitted for authenticity. If an affiliate is found to have any fraudulent submissions, PatientLoans.com will take appropriate legal means.
